What personal data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number, order details and payment method. If you create an account we store your login e-mail and profile details. When you contact us via the contact form we store the information you submit.

Why we process your data

We process your data to fulfil orders, issue official invoices and proforma invoices (via Metakocka), arrange delivery (via GLS), process card payments (via Stripe), communicate about your order, comply with tax and accounting law, and respond to your enquiries.

We use essential cookies for the shopping cart, login session and language preference. With your consent we may use analytics cookies to improve the shop.

Third-party processors

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by Slovenian tax and accounting law (typically 10 years). Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request unless we must retain it by law.

Marketing consents and contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Some processors (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
