Terms of business
These terms apply to purchases at www.manta-shop.com operated by MUNERO d.o.o.
Orders and contract
By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may refuse orders in case of obvious errors, stock shortages or suspected abuse.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in EUR. B2C prices include VAT where stated; B2B prices may be shown excluding VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout (approximate; final GLS charge may differ slightly by parcel weight).
Payment
We accept card payment via Stripe, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where offered) and deferred payment for approved business partners. Card payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Delivery
Goods are delivered via GLS courier or personal pickup where offered. Delivery times are estimates (typically 1–3 business days in Slovenia). Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address or pickup.
Invoices and proforma invoices
After payment we issue an official tax invoice (račun) through Metakocka. Business customers may receive a proforma invoice (predračun) before payment where agreed. Invoice PDFs are sent by e-mail and stored according to law.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason. Contact info@manta-shop.com. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or we agree otherwise.
Warranty and complaints
Statutory warranty applies. Report defects promptly to info@manta-shop.com with order number and photos if relevant.
Applicable law
Slovenian law applies. Disputes may be resolved amicably or before competent courts in Slovenia.
